Dream Catchers Farm Rescue - Youth Connect Program

The Youth Connect Program helps at-risk youth by helping them overcome their struggles by pairing them with horses to teach the fundamentals of respect, responsibility, compassion, trust, patience, and empathy. This program is FREE to participating youth who qualify as being "at-risk". (This might include living in a low income household, having an emotional disability, having an incarcerated parent, being foster child or bullying victim, and more.)
