Dental Services (McLean County location only)

Chestnut Family Dental serves patients of all ages with a wide range of services. From routine check-ups and teeth cleaning to X-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, and simple fillings, the office offers patient-centered dental care using the latest equipment and techniques.

Primary Care Services

Chestnut believes in preventative medicine and encourages annual physical exams, gynecological care, immunization updates, and cancer screenings. Care is performed and managed by a medical professional in collaboration with other health professionals and utilizing consultation or referrals as appropriate. Chestnut strives to promote effective communication with patients and encourages the role of the patient as a partner in health care.

Substance Use and Mental Health Services

Chestnut Health Systems provides a full continuum of substance use counseling and treatment services for adults and adolescents. This includes assessments, residential, intensive outpatient, and outpatient services. Chestnut also provides counseling, psychiatric, and behavioral health services.
